sofia takes the stage

Though Elizabeth has been having an AMAZING time playing Darlene the church lady, she was thrilled at the opportunity to finally play the role she understudies: Sofia. It definitely came in a way she wasn't expecting. It was the 100th show of the tour and 15 minutes into the show, she was pulled off stage and thrust into the role for the first time in front of an audience. The adrenaline got her through it, and her cast was very instrumental in her success. Hopefully she'll have more opportunities to play the role from the start of the show!
